My extensive experience of working with a wide range of companies and texts has helped me to appreciate the true value of producing text that is engaging, professional, consistent and, ultimately, correct.
Having worked on the client side I have a good idea of the pressures faced by clients and their expectations of suppliers. I probably push myself harder than most, having been on the 'other' side, as I always demanded the highest quality of service. I feel it is important for clients to know that, as a freelancer, I take the quality of my work and that of my team very seriously – whether it is for a large corporation or a budding author – a single-page flyer is treated with the same care and attention as a 200-page document.
The nature of this work demands a flexible approach and efficient turnaround times. Emails are responded to promptly the same day; work can be turned around at very short notice and we can work out of usual hours to ensure that your project is completed as quickly as possible.
I am proud of Ultimate Proof's reputation for excellent customer service – the rate of repeat business we receive is testament to that – but we never take a client for granted; we're only as good as our last job after all!
