How to book
Ready to go? Here's how to get that work off your desk and onto ours
- Email Kelly. Send an outline of what you need – this might include the word count, the page number, number of documents, deadline, specific style issues, level of intervention needed (proofreading, editing etc).
- Quick response. Kelly will review your brief the same day and send you a cost to approve along with any queries.
- Confirm the booking. Simply reply to Kelly, confirming you want to proceed along with your PO number, if relevant.
- Put the kettle on. You can now rest assured knowing your project is being worked on by a qualified proofreader.

- Simple quotes. All our projects are quoted according to the work required on an hourly or per word basis – whichever is most cost-effective to you.
- Let's talk! We love to meet our clients, so if a video call would be helpful, email Kelly to arrange a chat.
- Try before you buy. We're happy to complete a free sample proofread for your assessment before you order.
- Quality comes first. Our priority is ensuring your document reads well and is grammatically correct. Our fees are in line with the CIEP's recommended minimum rates.
- Pay your way. We invoice once the job is complete, or, if you have regular proofreading work, we invoice at the end of each month.
